Product Description
Track link assy also called track chain, is part of the undercarriage for crawler heavy equipment including excavators and bulldozers. Track link assemblies connect the forward motion generated through pedaling or other motion to the sprocket or gear wheel in order to generate a forward movement.
Track link assy is driven by the sprocket and final drive, provides support for the machine weight. We use advanced machining center, horizontal and vertical CNC machining to execute processes for the quality and precision of each component. And through our professional heat treatment, quenching and tempering, our track link could resist abrasion and impact well to meet your OEM/ODM or industry standard.
All of our track chains are specially developed for the increased durability of pins and bushings. Min/max interference fit tolerances between the pins, bushings, and links are maintained automatically by min/max press force specifications. This process minimizes link breakage and pin/bushing drifting. We also offer heavy-duty chains with extremely wear-resistant bushings for maximum service life in applications with intense abrasion.
Sealed and greased track chains decrease internal friction and reduce chain noise. Junhua’s track chains are designed to be performed well, even in harsh working conditions. Additional medium frequency heat treatment make the surface of our track chain enhanced. Increases joint sealability in applications where end-play growth can exceed the capacity of the seal.
